Kitchen 1801 is a professional eco-friendly commissary private kitchen with space that includes most cooking and prep equipment, storage and prep area, dish machine and refrigeration/freezer for your culinary enterprise.

We are centrally located just south of Downtown Seattle close to I-5 & I-90.

Currently we only offer part time evening rates with access on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 4:00 PM-11:00 PM only.
